Stop running the rat race.
Fly your own Concorde.
Feel the difference in speed and efficiency when your business runs on your own AI operating system.
Express your interest No payment. Tell me you are interested and I will personally be in touch.AI is a Concorde moment. Most people are still on foot.
Almost everyone has tried ChatGPT by now. I have felt what changes when AI stops being a chat window you visit and becomes a system that runs your work.
It is a game changer. And I can't wait to share it with you.
An AI operating system is the difference. Instead of starting from zero every day and writing the perfect prompt each time, your AI knows your business, your processes and how you like the work done. The context compounds. It gets more valuable the longer you fly it. And it learns how you work: every time you correct it, that correction sticks. You never give the same feedback twice.
The real shift is this: you stop doing all the work yourself, and you start building the system that does the work for you.
While running in the rat race, no one can imagine the speed of flying a Concorde. You have to experience it. And the head start goes to the ones who take off first. That lead is hard to catch, and you cannot buy it later.
I built this for myself first.
Hi, I'm Heiko.
In 2025 I went deep on AI and completed a course with the AI Pioneer Academy. But my real shift came early in 2026. When Claude Code launched in February, agentic AI suddenly became something you could actually put to work. A handful of AI thought leaders around the world started using it to build a true AI operating system, my mentor Garrit Wilson among them. At the Academy's workshop in Berlin in early March I started building my own. I have used and refined it every day since, and it has transformed how I run my business and how I work.
I am a Wealth and Business Coach, and my passion is helping people get out of the rat race. AI turned out to be the most powerful tool I have found for exactly that, and I want to put it into as many hands as possible.
One thing matters about how I work: as a coach, my job is to empower you, not to make you dependent on me. That is why I coach rather than consult. Same principle here. This is build-with-you. We build your system together, you personalize it, and you walk away able to fly it on your own.
And because I am an early adopter who runs an AI operating system in practice every day, this course is built on real experience, not theory. That is what sets it apart from most AI courses out there, and it is exactly the practical knowledge I want to hand to you so you can build your own.
I am also a Chartered Accountant. I have spent years in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur running my own business, and today I coach owners and teams across many different industries. That background is why I am confident I can help you, as an owner or executive, shape an AI operating system around your business and the way you work.
What AI-OS Take-off is
The Concorde was not just a faster plane. It crossed the Atlantic at twice the speed of sound while everything else stayed subsonic, on a different level than anything else of its time. That is exactly how I see an AI operating system today.
AI-OS Take-off is a four-month, build-with-you program for business owners who want to fly at that level, not just dabble with AI. It works just as well for executives who want to lead their people into AI from the front, rather than delegate it away.
In a small squadron of six to ten, you build your own AI operating system and learn to fly it. We fly ten group sessions on Zoom across the four months, more often at the start and every second week toward the end, plus three personal Mayday Calls with me for whenever you are stuck. You are never left alone.
In plain terms, your AI operating system is Claude Code running on your own computer, connected to a Second Brain, your own knowledge vault. We layer it up step by step: your business context first, then skills and automations for the work you repeat, then connections to your data, then guardrails that keep your sensitive information safe.
You do not need a technical background. If my ten-year-old son can run it, so can you.
You get a working system early, in the first weeks, not in month four. From there we keep building, and you keep using it in your real work. By the end you have your own running AI-OS and your AI-OS Pilot License, your proof that you can fly solo.
Six phases from ground school to solo flight
You do not build everything at once. We climb in stages, and you get a working system early, not in month four. Across the four months we fly ten group sessions in your small squadron, more often at the start and every second week toward the end. Whenever you get stuck between sessions, you have your Mayday Calls with me. The rhythm stays the same the whole way: learn something, put it to work in your real business, come back with what you found.

1
Phase 1 · Ground School
Before you touch the controls, you see the whole aircraft. We cover what an AI operating system actually is, how it differs from a chat window, and what becomes possible once your AI knows your business. You leave this phase knowing exactly where you are headed.
-
2
Phase 2 · Build Your Aircraft
You install your own AI-OS on your own computer, guided live, step by step. We set up your Second Brain and load your business context first. By the end of these early weeks your system is airworthy: a real, working setup you already use, not a demo.
-
3
Phase 3 · Take-Off
You put the system to work on your actual tasks and log your first flight hours. These first wins are where it becomes real. You feel the speed, and you start spotting use cases everywhere in your work.
-
4
Phase 4 · Climb
Now we add power and instruments. You build skills and automations for the work you repeat, connect your own data and documents, and link the tools you already use. Your system stops being generic and becomes yours.
-
5
Phase 5 · Cruise
We make it safe and durable for the long haul. We install guardrails and governance to protect your sensitive data, and set a simple refactoring rhythm so quality never drifts. This is also where you start thinking as an owner, not just doing today's work faster, but shaping your business around what AI now makes possible.
-
6
Phase 6 · Pilot License
By the end you have your own running AI-OS and the confidence to fly it solo. Your AI-OS Pilot License is your proof. You are no longer dependent on a tool or an expert. You are the pilot in command.
Through all six phases you are never alone. Your squadron flies alongside you, and I am your instructor from ground school to license.
Most courses leave you with notes. You leave with a running aircraft.
Here is what you will actually have built and own by the end.
The system you build
A real, running AI operating system on your own computer. Not a subscription you rent, not a demo you saw once. This is the aircraft, and it is yours to keep flying.
Claude Code, your engine.
The agentic AI that does the real work, running locally on your machine so you stay in control.
A Second Brain, your airframe and fuel.
An Obsidian knowledge vault, structured with you, that holds your business context so your AI stops starting from zero every day.
Skills and commands, your instruments.
Repeatable processes and automations for the work you do again and again, so you never rebuild from scratch.
Data connections, your radio.
Your documents, your databases and the tools you already use, linked in so your AI works with your real information.
Guardrails and governance, your safety envelope.
The protections that keep your sensitive data private and under your control. This is the part most people skip.
Your AI-OS Pilot License.
Your proof that you can operate all of it solo.
Also included
- Ten live group sessions across four months, step by step, with a working system from week one.
- Recordings of every session, so you can rewatch anything and never fall behind.
- Three personal Mayday Calls with me, one to one, for whenever you are stuck. Three should be all you need, and if you ever want another it is available at EUR 122 / N$2,222. No surprise costs.
- Your cross-industry squadron of six to ten owners, for ongoing use-case inspiration and a real mastermind effect.
- A reusable asset library: vault-structure templates, skill examples, guardrail configs, a cost-monitoring setup and install guides.
- Evergreen updates, because the course keeps evolving as the AI itself moves forward.
- A 15 percent discount on the Hygge Wealth Business Coaching program, for when you are ready to take the business itself to the next level.
The point is not to learn faster. It is to walk away owning a system that keeps working for you. Built right, it should have earned back more than it cost you before the four months are even up.
Built for people who want to run AI themselves.
AI-OS Take-off is built for people who want to run AI themselves, not hand it off and hope. You do not need a technical background. If my ten-year-old son can run his own workspace, you can run yours.
A business owner or entrepreneur.
You wear many hats and there are never enough hours. You want your AI to give you the leverage of a much bigger team, without hiring one.
A manager or professional who wants an edge at work.
You want to get your work done faster and take the pressure off. The time you win back lets you take on new responsibilities, make yourself more valuable, and move your career to the next level.
An executive who wants to lead from the front.
You want to understand AI in your own hands first, so you can make real strategic calls and become the model your team follows, instead of delegating it away.
This may not be for you if
- You want a done-for-you system you never touch. This is build-with-you. You are the pilot in command, and that is the whole point.
- You are collecting the latest tools and hacks. We build a lasting system, not a tour of this month's apps.
- You cannot give it a few hours a week for four months. The system rewards steady practice, not a weekend sprint.
- You want theory only. You are hands on your own setup from the second session.
What it costs
Founding beta · full four months · this first cohort only
Here is the honest context. Guided programs that build an AI operating system with you usually run between EUR 4,000 and EUR 8,000. Three-day courses that hand you the basics of some AI apps and then leave you on your own often cost more than N$20,000, and most people stop using what they built, because no one is there when they get stuck.
This beta gives you more depth and four full months of guidance, at a fraction of that. I can price it this way for one reason: it is the founding squadron. This price is for this first cohort only. Later cohorts will pay more.
Built right, your system should have earned back more than it cost you before the four months are even up. One person doing the work that used to take a team is where that return comes from.
This page is only an expression of interest. You pay nothing here. When the squadron is complete and we set a start date, I will be in touch personally. If you would like to spread the cost, we can arrange a payment plan. Just mention it when we talk. No deposit, no commitment from this page.
My airworthy guarantee
Here is my promise. If you show up to the sessions and do the work, and your AI-OS is not up and running by session four, I keep flying with you at no extra cost. You get additional Mayday Calls, free, until your system is airworthy.
I can make that promise because getting you airborne early is how this program is built. You get a working system in the first weeks, not in month four. The guarantee simply means I stay with you until it flies.
All I ask in return is that you do your part. Be at the sessions, and put in the work between them. I cannot fly the plane for you, but I will not leave you on the runway.
Questions before you fly
What are examples of use cases you use your AI-OS for?
Plenty, and this is the best way to see what becomes possible. Here is some of what I do with mine, every day, across my businesses:
- It plans my day and week around my real priorities and keeps my projects and open loops moving.
- It drafts and builds my marketing: newsletters, social posts, captions and whole campaigns in my own voice.
- It builds and deploys websites end to end, including the lead forms and the systems behind them.
- It prepares my client sessions and produces the notes, documents and worksheets that go with them.
- It turns meeting recordings into clean, formatted reports.
- It runs my CRM: contacts, tags and email automations.
- It builds my financial dashboards and tracks my monthly numbers against my targets.
- It designs presentation decks, with charts, from a rough outline.
- It captures what I learn from books and courses and files it into my Second Brain so I can use it later.
- It even helped me build a small web application from scratch.
The point is not any single task. It is that all of this runs on one system that knows my business, so every job starts with context instead of from zero.
I already use ChatGPT. Isn't that enough?
ChatGPT is how most of us started, and it is a good start. But there is a fundamental difference between chatting with an AI and working with an agent. In a chat, every session starts at zero. You explain your context again, you carry the results over by hand, and the quality depends on your prompt of the day. You are still the one doing the work, with help. In an AI operating system, your AI knows your business, remembers how you work and carries out complete tasks end to end. You move from doing the work with help to directing the system that does the work. That is the difference between using a tool and owning a system.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You will not write software. You guide your AI in plain language, and I walk you through every setup step live. If my ten-year-old son can run his own workspace, you can run yours.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No. This is built for owners and professionals, not developers. We install everything together, step by step, and you always have the squadron and your Mayday Calls when you get stuck.
How much time will it take each week?
Our Zoom sessions take up to two hours. In between, you spend a few hours on work you would be doing anyway, but now you move it into your AI operating system. Setting it up and getting used to it takes a little longer at first, and then very quickly it starts saving you time.
What results can I realistically expect?
I will not promise you numbers. Your results depend on what you build and how much you fly it. But I can share my honest experience: my own AI-OS saves me more than ten hours every week. The bigger win is what that time makes possible. I now take on projects I would never have attempted alone, work that used to need a team or specialised freelancers working on it for weeks. That is the real shift: not just doing the same work faster, but expanding what you can do yourself.
What will I actually install?
Claude Code on your own computer, connected to an Obsidian knowledge vault, your Second Brain. I give you the install guide and we do it live in the second session. You keep everything, and nothing is locked to me.
Is my data safe?
Yes, and this is the part most courses skip. Your AI-OS runs locally, and the agent sees only what you give it: your project folders, not your email, not your browser, not your passwords. Your whole system lives in folders on your own computer, exportable at any time, locked to no provider and not to me. On top of that we set up guardrails and governance so your sensitive information stays private and under your control, including the settings that keep your data out of AI training.
What about the cost of running the AI?
I will show you exactly how the pricing works and how to monitor and control it. To run your AI-OS effectively you need, at a minimum, a Claude Pro subscription at USD 17 per month.
AI moves so fast. Why not wait until it settles down?
Because what you build here is not tied to any single tool. Claude Code is the engine, not the aircraft. If a better engine comes along, you swap the engine and keep flying: your Second Brain, your skills and your guardrails stay and keep working. Waiting has a real cost, though. The context in your system compounds with every week you fly it, and that head start is exactly what you cannot buy later. The tools will keep changing. The system, and the skill of flying it, is what lasts.
What about my team? Shouldn't they learn this too?
Eventually, yes. But the rollout works best when it starts with you. Once you understand in your own hands what AI can do, you make different strategic decisions, and you lead the change credibly instead of delegating it away. There is a second reason, and it comes from my coaching work: team adoption is not a tool problem, it is a readiness problem. When people resist AI, that resistance is data about trust and capacity, and it needs to be led, not pushed. Take-off makes you the pilot first. Getting your whole team airborne is the natural next step, and I can support you with that when you are ready.
Is the program in English or German?
When you express your interest, you can indicate your preferred language. I intend to run a beta squadron in both languages.
What happens after the four months?
You keep your system and keep flying it. You stay part of the network of licensed pilots. This is the start of how you work, not a one-off.
What if I fall behind?
Every session is recorded, so you can catch up in your own time. And my airworthy guarantee means that if you are doing the work and your system is not running by session four, I keep going with you at no extra cost until it is.
Who is teaching it?
Me, Heiko. I run my own AI operating system every day and built this from real experience, not theory. I am a Wealth and Business Coach and a Chartered Accountant, and I have worked with owners and teams across many industries.
