This website, ai.proactive.com.na, is operated by Proactive Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Windhoek, Namibia ("we", "us"). This notice explains how we handle the personal information you share with us.
What we collect
When you submit the expression-of-interest form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, role, business, industry, your note on what you would like AI to help you with, and your preferred program language.
If you go on to register for the program, we also collect the details you provide on the registration form: the name and address the invoice should be made out to, your preferred billing currency, the device you work on, the outcome you want from the program, any sessions you already know you cannot attend, and your consent choices.
What we use it for
We use your information for one purpose: to contact you personally about your interest in AI-OS Take-off, and, once you register, to run the program: to invoice you, plan the sessions and stay in touch with you throughout. If you tick the updates box, we will also send you occasional updates about the program. You can opt out of those at any time, and every update email contains an unsubscribe link.
Session recordings
The live sessions are recorded so that participants can rewatch them and catch up on anything they miss. Recordings are shared only within your squadron and are not published elsewhere. We ask for your consent to being recorded when you register, and you can talk to us at any time if your wishes change.
Community platform
We run the program through a private online community platform (Skool), where we share session recordings, materials and updates. When you take part in the community, other members can see your name, your profile and anything you post there. The platform stores this information on its own systems, which are based outside Namibia. We use it only to run the program, and you can ask us to remove your community access and profile at any time.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in the tools we use to run this program: our customer relationship management, email and community systems. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as they are relevant to your interest in the program. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just write to heiko@proactive.com.na.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set marketing cookies. We store your language preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. That information never leaves your device.
